Edilberto A. Moreno, MD, attended Ponce Health Sciences University School of Medicine in Ponce, PR, and received his medical degree in 1987. Then, he relocated to the United states, where he conducted his obstetrics and gynecology residency at Hurley Medical Center (1991). In addition, Dr. Moreno received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
